Refund policy
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Clearance, intimates and accessory sales are final and non-returnable. These items are generally indicated with a price ending in $0.99. Coupons may not be used with clearance items.
Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of package delivery.
Returns must be received in original, unused condition with original tags still attached and a copy of or the original invoice included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you.
An electronic gift card is issued on the date we process your returned item/s. You are notified via email that your e-gift card has been issued.
Non-returnable items:
Jewelry, accessories, sale items and intimates are not returnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nativenomadboutique@yahoo.com and send your item to: Native Nomad Boutique, 1299 Maurer Rd. Boonville, IN. 47601. Because our inventory is constantly changing, we may not be able to do exchanges.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
